Event 16
$500+$60+$1,000 Super Knockout Bounty NLH
Level 1: Blinds 50/100
Last year’s inaugural Super Knockout Bounty event was a big hit, drawing 185 entrants. That’s $185,000 in bounties paid out to the players! The winner was Kurt Lichtman, who collected $22,000 for 1st place (adjusted payout) plus $8,000 in bounties!
The amount of the bounties will be double the prize pool in this event and players who don’t make the money can still make money. All players get a $1,000 bounty on their heads which will be handed over to the player that busts them out of the tournament.
Everyone starts with 20,000 chips and all levels are 30 minutes long. Late registration and unlimited re-entries are available until the start of level 9 (about 6:30pm).
Bounty Hunting is underway in the fourth of five trophy events running today.
