The Event 16 Super Knockout Bounty NLH players have returned from their break. Gabriel Sayegh continues to amass both tournament chips and orange $1,000 bounty chips.
He sent Aleksei Vandyshev to the rail holding against the
of Vandyshev on a three club board. Sayegh hasn’t looked back since and is leading the way with just over 350,000.
Not only is he holding the tournament chip lead but he has collected the most $1,000 bounty chips. “I’ve got six” he says as he reaches into his pocket. “Oh wait, it’s eight I’m happier” he jokes as he double checks.
He has been a one man wrecking crew here tonight and is alone at the top as we inch closer to the money bubble.

Shaotong Chang was down to less than one big blind after taking a tough beat getting three outed. She put her last 1,800 in from the small blind holding .
There was a five and a seven on the flop and another seven on the river improving Chang to a full house. She quadrupled her stack and picked up just a few hands later to double up.
Chang is now back to a healthy stack of about 40,000 after getting her latest shove through over a late position open.
“I’ve never came back from less than one big blind” she says with a smile as she stacks her newly acquired chips.

Shaun McBride exited the Six Max NLH event earlier today in 13th place taking home $2,706. While some players would have called it a day McBride had other plans.
He immediately hopped into the Super Knockout bounty and go to work. As we walk by the table we see McBride adding another pot to his stack here in Event 16. “How many pots are you going to win” jokes one of his tablemates.
McBride responds with just a smile and has been letting his chips do the talking. He is now up to about 215,000 and is one of the biggest stacks left in the field.

In one of the first hands back from dinner break we caught up to the action on the turn. The board was reading and Aleksei Vandyshev lead out with a bet of 6,000 into a main pot of about 15,000.
Gabriel Sayegh made the call and a player in late position came along. The river was the and Vandyshev fired out a bet of 14,000. Sayegh took his time and eventually moved all in for about 60,000.
The late position player folded and Vandyshev quickly called for his last 28,000. Sayegh turned over for the nut flush and Vandyshev turns over his
for the second night flush.
It’s a cooler for Vandyshev who hits the rail and Sayegh drags in the pot.

Ricky Guan got off to a lightning fast start here in the Super Knockout Bounty NLH event. He quickly collected three $1,000 bounty chips early on.
He has since added a fourth bounty chip to his stack before the dinner break. Play has resumed and Guan is near the top of the chip counts with close to 200,000.
Guan has racked up nearly $200,000 in live tournament earnings but still looks to add his first Borgata Poker to his list of accomplishments. If he keeps amassing chips at this pace he could be well on his way.
