With the elimination of Sundiata DeVore in third place the final two Event 19 players began to discuss an adjusted payout deal.
Although Deric Williams was holding the chip lead they agreed to split the remaining prize pool evenly.
The two players shook hands and both will be taking home $10,401 and Williams also adds his first Borgata Winter Poker Open trophy to his poker resume.
