Farid Jattin has chipped up immensely over the last few levels and on the other end of the spectrum, Jason Bral has slid from his former perch on the chip lead. Jattin recently added to his stack in a hand that saw Bral lose most of his chips.
Jattin opened the action to 915,000 from early position and Bral called from the small blind. The flop came {as}{6s}{4d} and both players knuckled to the {5c} turn. Bral led for 700,000 and Jattin wasted little time calling to see the {8d} river.
Bral bet 1,200,000 and after stacking some of his chips into a raise formation, Jattin slid in 4,695,000 total. Bral flicked a single chip in to call and shared his vocal displeasure upon seeing Jattin roll over {7h}{5d} for a straight. Bral turned over {Ad}{6d} for the table to see and was left with just over 4,200,000 following that loss.
Jattin is now stacking 37,200,000 and controls nearly half of the chips in play.

Almog Biton’s patience has paid off as he just found a double with pocket aces against Farid Jattin.
Almog Biton has not been able to get much going for most of this final table but is still alive thanks to some well-timed pocket aces.
Biton opened the action for 750,000 and was met by a three-bet by Farid Jattin to 2,245,000. Action folded back to Biton who shoved all in for 4,050,000 total and was called instantly by Jattin.
Biton’s {ac}{as} was a massive favorite against the {ad}{kc} of Jattin. The {9d}{8d}{5c} flop gave Jattin runner-runner outs to a chop with a straight and a flush to scoop the pot. The {6d} on the turn fully brought Jattin’s outs into fruition and a look of anguish to the face Biton. Thankfully for Biton, the {10h} fell on the river and he would double up.
Jattin is still the chip leader as the levels are about to go up with players heading on a break. The remaining players and their chip counts are as follows:
1. Almog Biton – 8,272,000
2. Farid Jattin – 31,720,000
3. Hector Chevalier – 13,100,000
4. Joe Reddick – 12,760,000
5. Jason Bral – 17,625,000

Tony Cheng came into this afternoon’s final table sitting second in chips but a series of hands dwindled his stack down to less than four million coming into the new level. The last of Cheng’s chips now sit in Jason Bral’s stack as the ‘Borgata Million’ final table is now down to five players.
Bral initially opened the action to 700,000 and was met with a three-bet all in from Cheng for 3,700,000 total. After getting an official count, Bral called with {9s}{9c} and was flipping against Cheng’s {ad}{kd}.
The {qs}{jh}{8d} gave Cheng some additional lifelines with an inside straight draw and backdoor flush draw to go with his two over cards. The {5c} on the turn was no help to Cheng and the {6d} on the river confirmed the elimination.
Cheng will earn $50,085 which will exceed his total career earnings prior to today’s final table.
With the elimination, Bral now has a stack of 25,900,000 as he and Farid Jattin are beginning to pull away from the rest of the table.

As mentioned earlier, Farid Jattin has been building his stack over the last hour of play and has now moved into the chip lead at the expense of Peter Theofanopoulos.
Theofanopoulos opened the action to 600,000 and his initial raise was met by a Jattin three-bet to 2,225,000. Theofanopoulos wasted little time moving all in for 4,200,000 total and Jattin was right behind him with a call.
Jattin’s {as}{kd} was a massive favorite over Theofanopoulos’ {ks}{qc}. The {ac}{8s}{6s} only solidified Jattin’s edge and the {kh} on the turn sealed Theofanopoulos’ elimination in seventh place.
With the elimination, Jattin now sits with 22,000,000 and with a slight decrease in Jason Bral’s stack, Jattin is now the man to beat as the final six players battle for the ‘Borgata Million’ title.
Theofanopoulos’s score of $36,772 marks the highest of his poker career and his sixth cash in a BPO event.

Farid Jattin has moved up the chip count in this level and is potentially one monster pot away from being the chip leader with seven players left.
As the player with most career prize money earned at the start of today’s final table, we expected Farid Jattin to become a factor at some point. While Jattin was quiet over the early part of play, he has become more active this level and has increased his stack as a result culminating in a recent hand versus Tony Cheng.
Following a raise from Cheng to 480,000, Jattin three-bet from the button to 1,695,000. Not to be outdone, Cheng four-bet the action to 3,520,000. Jattin took an inventory of his remaining stack and moved all in for about 5,000,000 more which led Cheng to shake his head and throw his cards into the muck conceding the pot to Jattin.
Jattin now sits with just over 16,000,000 and is back in the thick of the action as play progresses.

Jason Bral (Carefree, AZ) shot into the chip lead during the last level and will look to use that chip advantage to take home his first BPO title.
Following his double-elimination in the last level, Jason Bral leads the remaining seven players as they return from break. With the blinds gradually increasing, short stacks will have to get their chips in the middle eventually if they hope to put together a run to the finish line of this final table. 2. Farid Jattin – 8,120,000

The theme of major hands involving Jason Bral continues as he has just eliminated two players to bring the final table down to seven.
Following a raise from Bral to 450,000 from under the gun, action folded to Mike Wilson in the small blind who moved all in for 1,600,000. Next to act in the big blind was Cathy Dever who put her remaining 5,500,000 into the middle for Bral to consider.
Bral was put to another tough decision but this time found a call with {10d}{10c} and was ahead of Wilson’s {ac}{7c} and Dever’s [As}{kc}. The {6s}{5d}{4c} flop would give Wilson a straight draw and leave Dever drawing to a king. The {2d} on the turn put a potential three-way chop in play but the {4s} on the river gave Bral the double knockout.
Bral has a massive lead on the remaining players with his 24,500,000 chip stack and will look to wield his monster chip lead as play continues.
Both Dever and Wilson will take home five-figure scores for their final table runs in this event.
Players will be on a break at the conclusion of this level at the WPO blog will have updated chip counts for all remaining players.

Following an hour of play that saw most hands result in small pots and few chip swings occurring, fireworks just erupted in a hand that saw the first player eliminated at the ‘Borgata Million’ final table.
We picked up the action on the {10c}{9h}{6h} with Bill Miller open shoving his final 2,125,000 into the middle and Hector Chevalier re-shoving for about 7,000,000 total. Action was then on Jason Bral who was anguished with his decision. Bral went as far to say this would be the “biggest fold of his life” before open folding {10s}{9c}.
Bral would see that he made the correct fold as Chevalier would turn over {6d}{6s} for a flopped set that was far ahead of Miller’s {10h}{3d}. The {qh} on the turn would give Miller outs to a flush but the {9s} on the river sealed his fate as the first player eliminated from the final table.
While Bral would have hit his full house, he still sits with a healthy 15,100,000 and Chevalier moves up the leaderboard as he now has 9,600,000.
