Ian O’Hara has booked an incredible 127 tournament cashes in only seven years, totalling more than $2.2 million. The poker pro from Florida has five titles, but his best live cash of $527,313 was actually for a runner-up finish in a $25,000 High Roller event back in 2015. He’ll have to win this event to top that. He’s got one other six-figure cash from the 2016 Coco Poker Open Championship event. That win was good for more than $212,000.
The accomplished 25-year-old is making his first World Poker Tour final table appearance in this event. His stack of 5.1 million ranks him 5th out of the final six, but Ian battled his way through Day 4 with a short stack to make it this far. He had 25 big blinds at the start of play on the final day at Borgata and wrapped up the day with 34 big blinds.
He’s in seat 1 at the start of play and has the button, so will have a few hands before he has to post the big blind and big blind ante.
