Smooth talking and flimflamming his way through the last few levels, Lawrence John Lakatosh managed hassles and opponents on two different tables, snatching the lead from Michael Linde and Michael Matrone by just a few chips.
Lakatosh bagged 444,000 for a slim flight lead.
Michael Linde was right behind with 434,000.
Matrone remained steady the final two levels for an even 430,000 – right where he was 30 minutes earlier.
Lance Varin, who led almost all day, took 368,000.
Sundiata DeVore never looked back from the aces versus kings win, and bagged 380,000.
Melissa Burr, meanwhile, parlayed her lucky cookie offering to finish with a respectable 194,000.
