Howard Schuman and Peter Sennon got involved in a pot and the last of Sennon’s chips went in on the river on an ace high board.
Schuman made the call holding pocket queens and Sennon immediately threw his hand away. Sennon was eliminated in 5th place and the final four players then began to discuss a deal.
It only took a matter of minutes until the stacks were counted down and an agreement was made.
Schuman who held the chip lead at the time of the deal will take home $10,938 along with his first Borgata Poker title.
