Alex Bolotin’s family emigrated to the U.S. from Belarus when he was just 11 years old. They wound up in a mostly-Russian neighborhood in Brooklyn. After giving up on college, he discovered poker and has never looked back. He’s now amassed nearly $2.6 million in career tournament earnings, with two WSOP bracelets and one Borgata Open title.

Tony ‘Bagels’ Cavezza is still working on his first million playing poker. In March of 2007 he made the televised final table of the Foxwoods WPT World Poker Finals, finishing 3rd for more than $370,000. He came by his nickname the honest way — owning a bagel shop in Long Island.
