$1,000+$90 Heads Up NLH
From the start of the second game between Eric Schwartz and Zhaoxing Wang, the latter has taken the initiative in pots and been rewarded for doing so. Wang is sitting on nearly 24,000, with Schwartz in serious need of a double.
At big blind 300, Wang raised to 700 from the button and Schwartz defended his big blind to see a Q♣6♠5♦ flop. Schwartz check-called a bet of 400 from Wang and both players checked the 4♦ turn. Schwartz bet 1,000 on the 3♠ river and Wang responded by putting Schwartz to the test for the remainder of his chips.
It didn’t take long for Schwartz to concede his hand as Wang now holds a major edge with the blinds set to go up in a few minutes.
